Morna is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Consultant, working as an Assistant Lecturer in Taxation with TUS formerly Limerick Institute of Technology. Morna is owner of a boutique tax advisor firm Brass Tax Consultancy which is based in the Mid-West. Morna is Vice-Chair of the Mid-West Chartered Accountants Society.

Morna has over a decade of experience in the Finance sector, having started her career in practice, she has worked for a number of high-profile companies across the public and private sector. Morna is technical editor for a series of tax publications and enjoys advising on tax education.

Paula’s 20-year career has been shaped from working in Ireland’s largest professional services firms, namely Ernst & Young, Grant Thornton and Mazars.

Paula is a Chartered Tax Advisor and fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She have worked with hundreds of owner managed business and high net worth individuals, advising on:

Writing technical papers and lecturing on various tax matters are activities that Paula enjoys and deems essential as a professional advisor. Paula works in collaboration with the Irish Taxation Institute, Chartered Accountants Ireland, Chartered Certified Accountants, The Law Society of Ireland and the Irish Tax Review.

Having grown up in the West of Ireland, near the inspiring Atlantic coast, Paula is steadily growing a client base from East to West of the country.

Rory O'Shea

Rory is a Tax Partner in Azets Ireland, Rory has extensive experience in providing tax compliance and advisory services to the firm’s domestic and international clients.

Rory advises on Employment Investment Incentive Scheme (EIIS), employee incentivisation and tax planning for SME’s. This includes offering commercially-focused taxation advice in relation to existing shareholders, corporate group reorganisations, due diligences, debt restructuring, and succession planning.

Rory is principally engaged in the provision of tax consultancy advice across all tax heads to a large diverse portfolio of international and domestic corporate clients.

Having been involved in a wide range of tax consultancy projects, Rory has significant expertise in advising our clients across all tax heads. He also has considerable knowledge of Company Law, bringing added value to the taxation advice.

Rory is a member of the Irish Tax Institute (CTA) and holds an Honours Bachelor Degree in Business Studies from the University of Limerick.

James Bradley

James is a qualified accountant and tax consultant. He is the principle of his own tax consultancy practice in Cork and deals with clients from all economy sectors and provides professional tax advice under all tax heads to his clients. James has been lecturing for the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Taxation in Tax for more than ten years and has also set tax exams for both Institutes. James has also been providing continual professional development courses for the Institute of Certified Public Accountants / The Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Taxation in Tax for 10 years also.

Lauren Greene

Lauren Greene (CTA, ACA) started her career with PwC before joining MK Brazil’s tax department in 2018 where she provides support tax consultancy to other professional advisors. Lauren has worked with students for various bodies such as ACA, ITI, ICD and ATI, and lectures regularly on tax issues.
