A Revenue intervention is the main area of interaction between clients and Revenue officials. This session is designed to provide an update on Revenue’s activities in 2023 following on from the introduction of the last Code of Practice in May 2022. The course will assist in advising our clients on the main areas of Revenue focus and how they can be supported in making any disclosures required.

 

During this session Paul Murphy focuses on the following topics:

 

  • Regularising a clients tax status
  • Areas of Revenue focus in 2023
  • Assisting with preparing a disclosure
  • Agreeing a settlement with Revenue
