Financial Reporting in 2024 - Updates to FRS 102

FRS 102 will be changing this year. The changes are still in draft, but it's important to be aware of these and what they mean for your clients. In 2018, the Companies Accounting Act 2017 resulted in a lower threshold for consolidation for groups, meaning more Irish companies now being required to prepare consolidated financial statements than before.
