Having worked for a number of years in practice, and with one of the profession’s regulatory and support institutes, Des co-founded OmniPro to develop tools, techniques, products and services that make accountancy more profitable and rewarding.

Des is passionate about bringing innovation to the accountancy profession and enabling accountants to achieve what they want from their careers and business. His core belief is that when empowered to achieve their best, accountants can deliver transformative results for clients.

He holds qualifications from the ACCA Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, CPA Institute of Certified Public Accountants and ACIS Association of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

JE Consulting

Callum McCrae

Callum is an experienced marketing leader with 14 years of B2B marketing expertise. Having led multi-channel strategies at IRIS, one of the UK's largest privately held software companies, he has a strong track record in driving growth through demand generation and strategic, creative campaigns. Now at JE Consulting, Callum applies his deep knowledge of SaaS, fintech, and professional services to create impactful marketing strategies. A recognised speaker, he frequently shares insights on industry trends and innovative strategies at key events.

Jason Staats

Jason most recently ran a $5M accounting practice in Oregon in 2022, and now runs a YouTube channel for accounting firm owners, while producing commercials for companies like LinkedIn and Zapier. Jason has created the world’s most-watched AI accounting content, helped develop the AICPA’s award-winning AI toolkit, and in 2023 launched a daily show for accountants named Jason Daily. When he isn’t hanging out on social, he’s hanging with his wife and 3 very small children.

Grace Hardy

Grace Hardy started her accounting practice 'Hardy Accounting' at 21 years old after gaining her qualification during her apprenticeship. She has grown her platform and scaled her business using organic social media marketing. She started the 'Unconventional Podcast' to help Gen Z learn accounting, marketing and how to start a business. Hardy now advocates for financial education and speaks about her journey to inspire other young people to start their own businesses.

Eriona Bajrakurtaj

Eriona Bajrakurtaj is the Managing Director of Major’s Accounts & Co, with a client base of 1300 and a team of 25. Eriona has been in accountancy for over 17 years and is a Chartered Certified Accountant with the ACCA. She is a regular speaker and loves scrutinising the latest financial technology to see how it can help other accountants and small businesses. Eriona has a digital firm with clients and the team operating from all over the UK and World. She is also a Top 50 Women In Accounting 2023 winner and Firm of the Year- London Nominee for the Accounting Excellence Awards 2023.
