Course Details

Form B1 may be an administrative form, but incorrect information, missed deadlines or one wrongly selected box can create significant compliance problems for a company and its advisers.

In this practical on-demand session, Sinead Gortland explains how to manage the annual return process from start to finish. She highlights the common issues encountered by accountants and company secretarial teams, including annual return date management, discrepancies in company registers, share capital errors, signing requirements, director identification and late filing options.

Using practical examples and real filing scenarios, the session will help you understand what the CRO expects, identify potential problems before submission and advise clients more confidently when something has gone wrong.
