Doireann O'Byrne

Doireann is a Director in KPMG Law LLP. Doireann qualified as a solicitor in 2013 having trained in a leading Irish law firm in Dublin. She began her career as a banking lawyer working in the areas of project finance, social housing, loan sales, and aircraft leasing and financing, before moving in-house to a marketing technology agency, which was later acquired by a leading video game publisher. While in-house, Doireann advised on a wide variety of areas including commercial contracts, employment, data protection, and corporate governance, but with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions.

Doireann continues to have a broad practice in KPMG Law and advises domestic and multinational organisations on a range of issues including mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, banking and finance, and commercial contracts.
