This session will take a closer look at the EU Pay Transparency Directive, how it links to Gender Pay and what that means in practice for business.
It will also cover the evolving area of protected disclosures - area that we are seeing increased cases brought before the Workplace Relations Commission and an areas of increasing risk for businesses.
