Jonathan Foley is a Senior Manager at Friel Stafford, the corporate finance, insolvency and forensic accounting firm, and part of the ifac Group, one of Ireland's leading accounting, tax and business advisory firms.

Jonathan is a Chartered Certified Accountant and a current member of the ACCA SME Panel. He previously served on the ACCA Practitioners Panel, contributing to the development of the profession and advocating for the needs of practitioners and SMEs.

Jonathan has practised in corporate insolvency and restructuring for many years and has acted in a wide range of insolvency appointments, with a particular focus on the SME sector. His wider experience encompasses forensic accounting, corporate finance, business advisory and dispute-related engagements.

He regularly advises directors, creditors and other stakeholders on financial, operational and governance matters and has extensive experience in delivering practical, commercially focused solutions to businesses facing challenging circumstances.
