Michael is a Partner and Head of Corporate Structuring in KPMG Law LLP and joined KPMG in 2014. Michael has almost 20 years of corporate and commercial law experience and has advised both international and domestic clients on a broad range of projects. His practise focuses on corporate structuring and he supports clients across the technology, agri-food, retail, and construction sectors.

More specifically, Michael has provided an abundance of legal advice in corporate and debt structuring, commercial contracting, investment arrangements, corporate governance and compliance, mergers, and acquisitions. Michael and his team provide specialist advice on a variety of legal matters.
