Course Details

During this session Brendan Casey presents on 6 case studies he has been involved in where the overpayments demanded ranged from €40,000 to €180,000. Brendan successfully identified faults and oversights by officials in the Department in their assessment of the overpayment. All cases were successfully contested and the amount of the overpayment demanded was either reduced or cancelled completely.

Brendan Casey has been practising as a lecturer and a PRSI Consultant since retiring from the Department of Employment Affairs and Social Protection over 10 years ago.
