Edel Walsh is the owner of Edel Walsh Coaching and Consulting.

She specialises in mental health and well-being coaching and workplace well-being coaching.
Edel is also a student mentor and coach supporting professional accountancy students through their exams. Edel supports her student clients get their exams as quickly as possible while maintaining balance and prioritizing their well-being.

Her corporate career started in KPMG where qualified as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser. From there, Edel moved into professional education where she held senior lecturer and examinership roles within the professional accountancy bodies.

Barry is a former army officer, who served with the United Nations on multiple deployments. He trained with leading law firm Arthur Cox, before going on to establish the Dublin and London offices of a US law firm. Barry holds a BA in Law and Politics, LLM in Business Law, LLM in Dispute Resolution, MPhil in Linguistics and an Advanced Diploma in Employment Law. His Doctorate in Law thesis examines the case conditions that typically lead to a successful claim before the Workplace Relations Commission. Barry is qualified to practice law in Ireland, Northern Ireland and England and Wales and is a member of the American Bar Association.

Tom is a Performance & Leadership Coach and Keynote Speaker who empowers professionals and teams to unlock their full potential and achieve extraordinary results. As the founder of Strive, an Irish corporate wellbeing company, he brings a fresh, practical approach to personal wellbeing, team collaboration and mindset mastery. Tom has worked with a diverse range of organisations including Meta, Salesforce, HubSpot, Sky, LastPass, and EY, guiding both C-suite executives and emerging talents toward meaningful growth. His engaging keynotes on optimising human energy, enhancing team performance and creating cultures of innovation offer audiences valuable insights they can immediately put into practice. With expertise developed through coaching C-suite executives and emerging talents alike, Tom serves as a strategic partner dedicated to equipping individuals and teams with the tools they need to excel in self-management, amplify personal energy and drive efficiency. As a head of Strategic Solutions at OmniPro, Lindsay’s focus is on helping practices achieve on-going best practice compliance, providing in-house training and technical assistance in audit and financial reporting.

Lindsay is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and Chartered Accountants Ireland. She trained with KPMG in Johannesburg and specialised in external audit of financial services companies. She then spent six years lecturing audit and financial reporting to under-grad and post-grad students at Rhodes University in South Africa before moving to Ireland and returning to practice in a small, and then a medium sized firm where she was an audit manager. She is passionate about combining her academic and practice backgrounds to provide technical information in a useful and practical way.

Outside of her accounting qualifications Lindsay holds a PGDiploma in Higher Education from Rhodes University, an MBA from Trinity College Dublin and a Diploma in Forensic Accounting from Chartered Accountants Ireland.
